We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original Frye packaging and include the packing slip before sealing the box and attaching the shipping label.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once received at our warehouse.
